Become a Customer or an Independent Business Owner (IBO)

At OQATA, anyone can buy and enjoy our products as a customer. If you’d like to also earn by sharing OQATA products, you can apply to become an Independent Business Owner (IBO). This page explains, in plain language, how to start—plus the key standards we uphold to protect customers, IBOs, and the general public.

Important Disclaimers

Before becoming an Independent Business Owner (IBO), please take note of the following:

  1. OQATA is not a job placement agency — We do not offer salaried employment or guarantee any fixed income. Success in this business depends entirely on your personal effort, consistency, and sales performance.
  2. OQATA is not an investment scheme — This opportunity does not pay you for merely joining or investing money. Earnings are generated solely through the sale of OQATA products and the growth of your distributor network in accordance with company policies.
  3. OQATA does not sell shares or offer dividends — The company does not issue shares or promise any form of equity or financial returns to applicants or IBOs.
  4. OQATA operates as a 100% cashless company — All payments must be made through official company bank accounts or authorized mobile money platforms. Cash transactions, personal payments to individuals, or unverified channels are strictly prohibited.

Key Standards & Protections

(For full legal detail, please refer to the complete Policies & Procedures document.)

Independent contractor status

IBOs are independent contractors—not employees—and run their own businesses at their own expense.

No bonus buying or front-loading

  • No registering people without their knowledge.
  • No artificial purchases to trigger commissions.
  • No excessive product buying beyond reasonable sales needs.

No False Promises or Misrepresentation

OQATA upholds a strict zero-tolerance policy against false promises, exaggerated income claims, or misleading product information.

  • Always present the truth. Misrepresentation will attract penalties and full personal liability.
  • Distributors who make false claims about earnings, products, or business operations will be personally liable under OQATA’s Indemnity Clause.
  • The company will not defend, support, or assume any responsibility for misconduct by individual distributors.

Proxy Distributorships Are Strictly Prohibited

Each distributorship must be personally managed by the registered distributor.

  • No one is permitted to operate, manage, or build a distributorship on behalf of another person — whether intentionally or by mistake.
  • OQATA will not recognize or entertain any claims from individuals who state that someone else promised to build their team, sell on their behalf, or run their business for them.
  • Every distributor is fully responsible for running and growing their own business ethically and independently.

Accuracy & honesty in registration

Provide accurate details. False information may lead to disciplinary action, including termination.

Succession

On death of an IBO, the distributorship may transfer to the estate administrator upon submission of required documents.

Compliance & discipline

The company enforces a clear Code of Conduct. Violations may result in disciplinary measures up to termination, with a right of appeal.
